Mr. Arvind Badiyani: He is a visionary entrepreneur with vast experience of more than 35 years in various industries like real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing and IT. He is the motivating and guiding force behind HIDC. He is a graduate in Arts from Nagpur University.
Manish Badiyan

Manish Badiyani: Manish has more than 12 years of experience in industries like real estates, construction, infrastructure and IT. Manish is a graduate in commerce from Nagpur University.

Amit Badiyani

Amit Badiyani: Amit has more than 15 years of experience in developing software solutions for financial services industry and has successfully implemented many mission critical systems in record time. Amit is bachelor in science from Institute Of Science, Nagpur.

Anant Raole: Anant is the Principal Architect at HIDC. He has vast experience of over 26 years. Anant is associated with Indian Institute of Architects, Registered with council of Architecture, New Delhi. He is a Bachelor of Architecture from VNIT Nagpur.
Rajesh Khandelwal

Rajesh Khandelwal: Rajesh is the Chief Finance Officer at HIDC. He has worked with SBI for 21 years in various capacities. Rajesh is a Bachelor of Commerce and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
Jaikumar Iyer

Jaikumar Iyer: Kumar is the Marketing Manager with HIDC. He has experience of over 10 years. Jaikumar is a Bachelor of Commerce and is associated with Nagpur region of Free Masonary lodge.
Lilesh Parvate

Lilesh Parvate: Lilesh is the Sr. Engineer with HIDC. He has work experience of over 10 years and has worked with D.S.Kulkarni Developers Ltd Pune, for a project of over rupees 60 Crores. Lilesh has done his Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Rajesh Krishna Ghote: Rajesh is Electrical Engineer with HIDC. He has work experience over 2 year. He has done his Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is expertise in cabling in high-rise building.
